Who Am I?

I’m Dalton and I help new runners redefine their limits by accomplishing their first 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon or beyond.

As a physiotherapist and run coach I’ve noticed that new runners have often followed cookie cutter plans that progressed them too fast and led them to injury.

Over the past year I have helped over 15 runners cross the finish line of their first race.

My goal is to help every new runner:

  1. Redefine their limits

  2. Learn how to train like an athlete

  3. Cross the finish line with a smile on their face

My Running Journey

I’ve been on a mission to qualify for the Boston Marathon. Over the last 4 years, I’ve trimmed my Marathon time from 4:05 to 3:10 and have high hopes for qualifying in the next 2 years.

I’m passionate about helping new runners because not long ago, I was that new runner starting with no idea how to properly prepare for a race. My coach was able to improve my preparation and enjoyment for my races significantly.

With the knowledge I have as a physiotherapist and the skills I’ve built in running, I sit in a very unique spot to help new runners crush their running goals and stay healthy doing so!

In our Initial coaching call we’ll take the time to identify your running goals. In this conversation we’ll identify what you never thought possible and shift your mindset around what you’re capable of accomplishing in your running journey.

Build Your Training Plan

I’ll create your custom training plan that will be structured for your running goal. You’ll be provided with this plan on a weekly basis through our coaching app where we’ll have direct communication ensuring we keep you on track for your goal.
