Knees Over Toes with Run Dundas

This workshop will be led by registered physiotherapists with experience helping runners get back to training. This session will help you understand a little bit about knee anatomy, knee pain, and the process of getting out of pain and helping build healthier, stronger knees. This is centered around the idea of 'knees over toes', which is often thought of as a bad thing, but this workshop will help to shed some light onto this topic and how 'knees over toes' is used to combat knee pain.
