Why did we create this?
Since starting our podcast in 2017, opening our clinic in 2020, and mentoring many clinicians to thrive in their practice…we’ve realized several key issues with the way school sets you up for your professional practice and how to solve them.

Each week you’ll be provided with an ebook and video modules teaching you how to master each section. These modules will include reflective questions, tangible actions, and homework to implement what’s being taught immediately.
Weekly Live Calls
Each week we will do a 2 hour live call that will be focused on that week's module. This will include a combination of guided questions by Will & Dalton and an open floor discussion period. If you’ve ever wondered what a coffee infused rant between Will & Dalton looks like…you’re now getting access to it.
