Our mission is to empower you to take control of your health. This page is intended to be a hub full of different ways besides seeing us in person in Dundas or Brantford, that you can learn and work on your health with us. We’d love if you took the time to explore, take advantage of some of the free resources, and or pursue some of the options we’ve laid out below.
Free Resources
E-Books
We have a variety of free ebook resources ranging from understanding pain, to tendon related issues to low back pain. They’re intended to give you some insight into these topics and be able to read by anyone, not just a healthcare provider.
Digital Programs
Click here to explore our programs to get you started on your running journeys. We created these to reduce the barrier for people to get started with running, which is something many of our clinicians love to do.
Blog
We’ve written and continue to write many blogs simplifying health information about training, pain, injury, rehab, and more. Go through and cherry pick the ones that seem relevant to you, most of them are 5-10 minute reads at most.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We use our instagram page as a way to share our knowledge and connect with you. We’re often sharing upcoming events, highlights from events we’ve been at as a team, and tidbits of information relation to health, training, and injury rehab.
Youtube
Our youtube page is very similar to our instagram, aside from the fact that it’s often a little more longer form videos where we go into more detail than our instagram page.
