Bulletproof Your Summer

We’re here to help you optimize your performance this summer!

2 reasons to work with a physio when you aren’t injured:

1) To discover areas of opportunity to optimize your performance for sport, exercise, and life.

2) To prepare your body for the physical demands of a new activity (running, weightlifting, climbing, etc)

This led us to offer our bulletproof your summer plan:

How it works…

The Plan includes:

☑️ x1 75 Minute Performance Assessment ($225 Value)

☑️ x3 1 hour check in sessions ($675 Value)

☑️ Programmed exercises geared towards your goals

Additional details:

✅ The performance assessment will be used to identify any areas of opportunity for you to improve on. This can include and is not limited to exercises that improve strength, mobility, and stability.

✅ Your monthly follow up assessment will allow for your coach to re-assess and appropriately progress your program to ensure you’re moving towards your goals. It will also provide you with an opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

✅ You’ll get access to our training app where you’ll receive your exercise program and have text messaging communication with your physiotherapist.

The total cost of the program is $750

If you’ve been looking to optimize your performance and/or want to venture into a new activity and make sure you’re ready to go, then we’re excited to work with you!

See what people are saying about The Movement!

  • Very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of this clinic. Don quickly set me on a path to regaining strength and mobility. Don recognized deficiencies and strength imbalances that were caused from previous injuries. I am so happy to work with someone who understands my sport and what high performance looks like. Don customized a program for me to build ore season strenath/mobilitv as well as a in season program to maintain and stay healthy during the winter snowboarding months Thankful ive had the opportunity to work with Don and the team at Movement.

  • This place is the real deal. I attended for an acute tendonitis initially, but over the course of treatment, Don and I also had the opportunity to explore more chronic issues and hold-ups. The one hour format allows time to dive deep and provide opportunity for education, knowledge transfer and demonstration/performance of the exercises. I appreciate the focus on active rehabilitation, motivational coaching and the psychology of movement patterns. I embarked on this journey in cojunction with other "lifestyle" changes, and a slow ramp-up of activity in my daily routine. It's all coming together so beautifully, I feel blessed! I recently went on a trans-Atlantic flight. Usually, I anticipate discomfort, back pain for at least two days after the flight, and dread the whole process. This go-around? No major flares. Moments like these are proof of concept. If we can dedicate ourselves to a treatment plan under expert guidance, we will see results.

  • I came to The Movement to treat a nagging shoulder injury that had been bothering me for quite some time. Don was very professional, answered all my questions and created an individualized program specific to my needs. I loved that not only did he help with my rehab goal but he also programmed in exercises to help me reach a secondary goal of doing a strict pullup. I enjoyed how the entire session was lead by my physiotherapist and I was given 1 on 1 coaching through each of my in clinic sessions. Between sessions I was provided with exercises to complete and accountability all through a convenient app that allowed me to reach out and get clarification at any point throughout my program. I 100% recommend the Movement for your physio and performance needs as their staff are professional, knowledgeable and all around great people.
